NCC to refurbish District Court in Finnish Vantaa

NCC has been contracted to refurbish the existing court building, construct an extension and demolish the existing police station on the site. The project will take the form of a partnering contract between NCC and Senatfastigheter.

“The existing property was built in the 1980s and will now be given a real face lift. With a carefully planned process and a close partnering arrangement with Senatfastigheter, we will preserve the architectural and heritage values of the property,” said Catarina Molén-Runnäs, Head of NCC Building Nordics.
