CIMIC Group company Leighton Asia has been named to construct a high- rise domestic design in Mumbai, India, for Birla Niyaara, a flagship mixed use development by Century Estates.
The contract will induce profit of roughlyA$ 129 million1 for Leighton Asia.
CIMIC Group Executive Chairman Juan Santamaria said “ Leighton Asia has been delivering corner systems in India for further than 23 times. Construction works comprise the delivery of a 70- storey and a 72- storey domestic structure, including three common basements, a tribune and a sundeck. A club house and retail section are also to be constructed across a6.6 hectare point with a total erected- up area of roughly,000 m2.
Construction commenced in September 2022 and is schedule to complete inmid-2027.
