Kontrol Technologies Chosen by New Clients for Net Zero Emission Solutions

Kontrol Technologies Corp. (Cboe CA:KNR) (OTCQB:KNRLF) (FSE:1K8) has been chosen by several new customers to provide sustainability and net zero emission solutions for various public sector buildings. “Our continued success in winning contracts and expanding our solutions into the public sector underscores our commitment to advancing sustainability and building decarbonization,” says Paul Ghezzi, CEO of Kontrol Technologies.

Corporate Strategy

Kontrol Technologies is focused on revenue growth through both organic means and strategic acquisitions. To enhance operational efficiency, the company will reorganize its building performance technology and engineering divisions under a single brand, Efficiency Engineering. This move aims to reduce operating costs and streamline operations. The Kontrol Buildings platform will maintain its emphasis on high-margin building services and recurring revenue from multi-year contracts.

“With a robust balance sheet, we are poised to concentrate on expanding our core business,” adds Ghezzi. “The push towards energy efficiency and sustainability in large buildings is gaining momentum, driven by both operational needs and stakeholder demands.”

Future strategic acquisitions will be announced once finalized, with priority given to targets with ongoing recurring revenues.

According to the Canadian Government, achieving Canada’s climate goals requires a significant increase in the retrofit of approximately 10 million buildings and the construction of millions of new net-zero buildings over the coming decades. Read more
