As CHRO, she will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions—including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, leadership training, and performance management—across RAFTRx’s growing national footprint.

Prior to joining RAFTRx, Grant held multiple senior leadership roles in prominent organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of People at SnapCare, where she led people strategy for a high-growth healthcare staffing and workforce solutions company. In that role, she was credited with revamping the company’s HR processes, implementing a performance-driven culture, and building scalable systems that supported rapid workforce growth.

Before SnapCare, Grant was the Senior Director of Human Resources and Talent Management at Jackson Healthcare, a nationally ranked healthcare staffing and technology company. There, she helped oversee a wide array of talent and development initiatives while also supporting the organization’s long-term growth strategy. Her experience at Jackson Healthcare honed her ability to design programs that improve talent retention, enhance leadership capabilities, and promote internal mobility—skills she is now bringing to RAFTRx.

Grant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and continues to be a lifelong learner, regularly engaging in executive education and leadership development programs. Her professional philosophy centers around empowering people, promoting transparency, and creating a workplace culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
