Keturah, a global luxury wellness and hospitality pioneer, has reached key construction milestones for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai Creekside. Infrastructure work, including shoring, piling, and excavation, is now complete, with CECEP Techand Middle East beginning construction on the AED 2.8 billion development, set to finish in Q4 2027.
Located within Keturah Resort—the first fully certified wellness resort in the MENA region—the project features 200 residences across seven buildings and 12 villas, each with exclusive yacht berths. Amenities include a spa, private members-only club, fine-dining Michelin-starred restaurants, a 550-meter promenade, sustainable retail spaces, and 24/7 concierge parking. The gated community offers breathtaking views of the wildlife sanctuary and Burj Khalifa.
“We are delighted with these milestones as we continue to deliver a luxury and wellness lifestyle,” said Mo Moghrabi, Chief Development Officer of Keturah.
Aligned with WELL certification standards, the residences combine wellness-focused design with the legendary service of The Ritz-Carlton. Situated on Dubai Creek, opposite the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Reserve, the development offers a seamless blend of exclusivity and convenience.
