Jones Street Investment Partners celebrated the grand opening of 75 Canal, a 250-unit Class-A multifamily community in downtown Manchester, NH. The event included speeches from Jones Street CEO Matt Frazier, Mayor Jay Ruais, and other local representatives.
“We’re excited to bring high-quality housing to Manchester, which has been facing a housing shortage,” said Frazier. “This project highlights our development capabilities and commitment to the local community.”
The new community, which broke ground in 2022, offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with 2,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities include a fireside lounge, rooftop terrace, fitness center, game room, pet spa, and a 207-car parking garage with EV charging stations. The apartments feature in-unit laundry, high-end finishes, and oversized windows.
75 Canal is located in a walkable area near dining, shopping, and entertainment options, as well as universities and major office buildings. The development provides easy access to Boston and Concord, making it a prime location in Manchester, one of the fastest-growing economic centers in northern New England.
