
Intellinetics, Inc. (NYSE American: INLX), a digital transformation solutions provider, has announced a new contract with a prominent Canadian homebuilder and land development firm for the implementation of its IntelliCloud™ Payables Automation System. Valued at $100,000 in Total Contract Value (TCV) with more than $41,000 in annual SaaS revenue, the agreement was driven by strong interest in Intellinetics’ newly launched Automated Utility Invoice Coding module. The customer is scheduled to go live by July 31, 2025.
Designed for homebuilders and similar organizations burdened by high volumes of utility invoices, the new module—launched in March 2025—uses licensed AI technology to dramatically reduce manual processing. It automatically detects the lot number, determines its stage (e.g., model, spec, or completed), and accurately codes invoices for utilities such as gas, electricity, water, HOA fees, and property tax, enabling low- or no-touch processing.
“We’ve received very positive feedback since introducing the Automated Utility Invoice Coding module,” said James F.
