The housing offer is supplemented by 12 individual houses with additional parking spaces in order to bring the complete parking offer to 149 spaces.
The residence stands out for its many green spaces accessible to residents and also for its strong commitment to sustainable development aims for environmental labels and certifications NF Habitat HQE – RT 2012-20% for collectives and RT 2012-10% for houses .
With its 33 accommodations suitable for seniors, “Les Dirigeables” aims to be the meeting point for all generations and thus promote the fight against isolation.
As part of the continuity of the social ambition of this project, Eiffage Construction has chosen to bet on professional integration. Of the 70 people needed to carry out this operation, about ten have been recruited for integration, which represents no less than 9,000 hours of work!
