This is a first for Eiffage Immobilier Portugal, whose B&B hospices Porto design has just been approved by the city hall of Porto. This 3 * establishment with 176 apartments, spread over a total living area of 5147 m 2, is made up of two structures of 10 and 5 bottoms, communicating with each other via walkways. The operation also marks the strong link, including internationally, between Eiffage Immobilier and its mates the investor Covivio Hôtels and the brand B&B Hôtels.
The first operation under the Eiffage Immobilier Portugal banner, the operation is the result of close collaboration with the armature establishment COBE and the colorful design services that shared in the design of the design.
