Located rue Rouget de Lisle in Suresnes in the Hauts-de-Seine, this real estate project will develop 98 housing units with a total floor area of 6,200 m² spread over five buildings.
The legal structure of this real estate project is broken down into:
- a VEFA covering 16 housing units including 4 social rental housing units and 12 Intermediate rental housing units with Hauts-de-Seine Habitat,
- a VEFA for the remaining 82 housing units with the 3F Group (subsidiary of the Action Logement group) backed by a construction lease (BAC) with Foncière de la Transformation Immobilière (subsidiary of the same group).
The operation is certified NF Habitat HQE very efficient level and will meet the requirements of the thermal regulation RT 2012 – 20%. It is also aiming for the Biodivercity ® label .
The project was designed by the architectural firms MPA and 163 Ateliers. The works will be led by the Antiope design office and will begin in the summer of 2023 with a view to delivery scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2025.
