Designed in the heart of the Arcadys business area , the agency is located a few hundred meters from the A10 motorway.
The agency brings together around a hundred employees and brings together two areas of expertise, infrastructure professions and electrical and climate engineering professions.
This establishment confirms Eiffage Énergie Systèmes’ desire to continue its development in the region and marks the group’s commitment to low-carbon solutions with a strong environmental component, particularly through photovoltaic installations:
- Solar panels on the roof and parking shade
- 150 kWp of installed power
- 30 to 40% of the agency’s energy needs
- 10 charging stations for electric vehicles
Launched at the start of 2022, the work, carried out by local companies from Charente and Charente Maritime, lasted a little over a year.
The Eiffage Énergie Systèmes teams moved into these new premises in March 2023.
The inauguration was held in the presence of Françoise Mesnard , mayor of Saint-Jean-d’Angély, Jean-Claude Godineau , president of the Vals de Saintonge community of communes, Marie-Pierre Lamour, sub-prefect of Saint-Jean -d’Angély, Jean-Jacques Pince, Nouvelle Aquitaine regional director of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes and Messrs. Erick Daindinnaud and Jean-Philippe Piochon, agency managers.
