Eiffage Construction installs a crane
on the 26th bottom of the HOPEN Tower
in Paris- La Defense
As part of the modernization work on the ADRIA Tower, renamed the HOPEN Tower, in the business quarter of Paris- La Défense( 92), Eiffage Construction has just installed a crane whose jib reaches 222 measures. This was installed on the sundeck of the 26th bottom of the Tower using a 750- tonne mobile crane equipped with an 84- metre variable smash, itself put in place thanks to three other mobile cranes. Designed by the armature establishment Ateliers 2/3/4, accompanied by Orfeo Développement as delegated design proprietor, the design aims to contribute to giving a new dynamic to the largest business quarter in France. The tertiary structure, erected in 2002 and classified IGH, has therefore been redesigned to make it a mixed- use palace representational of the business quarter.
The work, carried out by Eiffage Construction and Goyer alongside the companies Phibor and Lefort- Franccheteau, consists of the restructuring and caregiving of the Tower which culminates at218.00 NGF. Raised by three situations and equipped with a side extension on 26 situations in essence structure, its bottom area will increase from,000 m ² to nearly,000 m ² and will be suitable to accommodate,400 people.
In order to meet the stylish transnational norms, this design, which will resort to the exercise of rudiments from the cleaning of the being palace, aims for several instruments and markers HQE sustainable structure and BREEAM position Excellent, Well Gold, Well HSR and Ready to Osmoz.
Lasting 25 months, the workshop will be completed during the third quarter of 2024.
