After 2 years of work, the “Montrouge Porte-Sud” office building was delivered on June 25 by our teams. This project of approximately 12,000 m2 of surface area allowed the renovation and extension of a building dating from 1975. This ambitious project, entrusted by Gecina, perfectly illustrates the environmental and energy challenges of the Group, in particular with the use of reused materials.
The work, which began in April 2022 and was completed in June 2024 , consisted of the complete renovation of an R+8 office building on three basement levels and the creation of 3 new buildings, in wood, steel and concrete structures, attached to the existing structure. 172 parking spaces, including 40 dedicated to electric vehicles, were also created.
The renovation of the building made it possible to develop modern spaces that meet the needs of future occupants, including a fitness area, a business center and a restaurant area.
All of the outdoor spaces were redeveloped, with the conservation and improvement of existing green spaces, the creation of open-ground patios and the planting of green roofs. Each terrace experiments with an urban theme through specific biodiversity, contributing to improving the quality of life of employees.
This project was carried out in synergy with other Eiffage entities: Eiffage Énergies Systèmes took charge of the high and low current lots (excluding GTB), while SAVARE supplied and installed the timber-framed facades, covering an area of 3,663 m².
The Eiffage Construction teams were once again able to demonstrate their commitment to the ecological transition with initiatives such as the use of low-carbon concrete and reused materials (raised floors, paints, tiles, lighting, etc.).
These initiatives allow us to aim for obtaining labels and certifications rewarding the quality of the project: HQE Excellent level, WELL Gold level, LEED Gold level, BBCA new and renovation Standard level, WIREDSCORE Gold level, BIODIVERCITY Construction.
Finally, 22,700 hours of professional integration took place on the site, demonstrating our commitment to employment and training.
We would like to congratulate the teams in Île-de-France for the successful completion of this project!
