Eiffage Aménagement awarded in the” land sobriety” order, for its conversion operation in the Lizé quarter
On October 5, at the Prouvé Convention Center in Nancy, the 2022 planning glories were awarded, organized by the National Union of Planners. The group of inventors composed of Eiffage Aménagement, Crédit Mutuel Aménagement Foncier and Demathieu Bard Immobilier was awarded in the” land sobriety” order, for its conversion operation of the Quartier Lizé, in Montigny- Lès- Metz, a former quarter service of 9 Ha.

This distinction rewards civic reinvestment for the benefit of civic extension on an operation where the approach of reasoned densification has been made in a spirit of balance combined with broader objects similar as exercise, preservation of biodiversity and the fight against climate change.

The point in its original state of barracks, had,514 m ² of uninhabited face where

123 being trees have been saved,
8 structures with a total face area of,089 m ² have been saved and will be rehabilitated,
a biotope and open ground ideal has been set. therefore, it’s,732 m ² ofeco-vegetated face( i.e. 42 of the overall face) and,705 m ² of open ground face( i.e. 34) which are planned in which 431 new trees will be planted.
A balance has been set up between the necessary development objects with 755 casing units planned around a controlled viscosity of 83 casing units ha and the objects of resource preservation. The LIZE quarter is completely in line with the recent ambitious law on zero net artificialisation( ZAN) announced on August 22, 2021.
