ECI Software Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based business management software, has announced its acquisition of Avid Ratings, a Madison, Wisconsin-based leader in customer experience solutions for the homebuilding industry. This acquisition strengthens ECI’s homebuilder-focused software suite by integrating advanced customer experience and AI-powered tools to enhance client satisfaction and optimize builder operations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
