ACS Group, through its subsidiary DRAGADOS S.A., has announced the acquisition of 100% of Fleischmann S.A., a leading Chilean company specializing in industrial assembly, mechanical installations, energy systems, HVAC, commissioning, maintenance, and construction services.
Founded over 80 years ago and headquartered in Santiago, Chile, Fleischmann has built a strong reputation for delivering integrated solutions across the full project lifecycle—from design and assembly to execution and ongoing maintenance. The company is particularly recognized for its expertise in data centers, industrial facilities, and civil engineering projects. With a workforce of more than 1,200 professionals, Fleischmann is a respected player both in Chile and internationally, known for its commitment to technical excellence and innovation.
This acquisition represents a strategic step in ACS Group’s global strategy to reinforce its position in the digital infrastructure sector. By integrating Fleischmann’s capabilities, DRAGADOS will significantly enhance its ability to provide fully integrated, end-to-end solutions to clients around the world. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
“Strengthening our presence in Latin America through Fleischmann allows us to better serve global clients with advanced digital infrastructure solutions,” said Santiago García Salvador, CEO of DRAGADOS. “Their track record and forward-thinking approach perfectly align with our long-term strategic goals.”
Fleischmann’s commitment to innovation is further exemplified by the establishment of Fleischmann Lab, launched three years ago to drive the integration of digital technologies into construction. This initiative has since evolved into dedicated business units focused on Digital Solutions and Data Center development.
The acquisition also positions ACS Group and DRAGADOS to play a key role in Chile’s National Data Center Plan, which anticipates an estimated investment of USD 2.5 billion over the next five years. With Chile emerging as a regional connectivity hub, the partnership enhances opportunities for collaboration with global technology leaders on high-profile digital infrastructure projects.
