Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (ESRT) announced that Bloomsbury Publishing, Inc., the renowned independent publishing house behind bestselling series like “Harry Potter” and “Crescent City,” has signed a new lease for 24,209 square feet of office space at 1359 Broadway.

Located in the heart of the Broadway Pedestrian Plaza, 1359 Broadway offers easy access to major transportation hubs, subways, dining, and retail options. Tenants also enjoy ESRT’s Broadway Campus amenities, including a newly renovated 170+ person tenant lounge and all-hands space at 1400 Broadway, with a rooftop lounge offering views of the Empire State Building soon to open at 1333 Broadway.
