Beazer Homes has announced the acquisition of 53 acres in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, for the development of a new residential community called Betts Farm, scheduled to open in 2026. The community will feature around 90 homes ranging from 2,400 to 2,900 square feet. With this addition, Beazer now has 11 communities in various stages of approval and development across the Triangle area.
