Balfour Beatty Communities, a public domestic real estate investment and operation company, blazoned it has begun a$ 7 million surface addition design at Fort Hamilton Family Homes, a military casing community located atU.S. Army Garrison Fort Hamilton in New York.
As part of the design, Balfour Beatty Communities will patch the surfaces on ten theater apartment structures located in the community’s Doubleday Village neighbourhood.

In 2019, Balfour Beatty Communities conducted a airman design at Fort Hamilton, completing surface emendations to three structures on the property and perfecting resident satisfaction with the homes. The new emendations include replacing all being vinyl siding with an upgraded fiber cement product that will significantly ameliorate life, continuity and check appeal.
