Peachtree Opens Dual-Branded Hotel in Paris, Texas
Peachtree Group, a leading commercial real estate investment platform, has officially opened the dual-branded TownePlace Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Paris, Texas. The newly constructed property features 51 suites at TownePlace Suites and 62 suites at Fairfield Inn & Suites. Peachtree will manage the property on behalf of TEKMAK Development Company (“TEKMAK”).

The dual-branded concept caters to a variety of travelers by combining the home-like comfort of TownePlace Suites with the contemporary amenities of Fairfield Inn & Suites. Both hotels share common areas and amenities while maintaining distinct guest experiences. With an emphasis on modern design and convenience, the property is poised to meet the evolving needs of both short-term and extended-stay guests.
Strategic Partnership and Expansion
Peachtree’s collaboration with TEKMAK began in 2023 as part of its broader expansion into third-party hotel management. As part of this strategic partnership, Peachtree assumed operations of the SpringHill Suites Dallas Rockwall and is set to manage the upcoming TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Forney, Texas, which is currently under construction.
