CCS Facility Services Strengthens Texas Operations with Strategic Leadership Expansion
CCS Facility Services, a leading provider of commercial cleaning and facilities engineering solutions nationwide, is deepening its investment in the Texas market following strong performance across the Houston region. The company announced the addition of three accomplished industry leaders who will guide its next phase of strategic growth and operational scale in the Lone Star State. Joining CCS Facility Services are Candace Burk as Vice President of Business Development, Brian Stewart as Vice President of Operations, and Janos Arcia as General Manager in Houston.
The new leadership appointments represent a significant next step in CCS Facility Services’ Texas strategy following the company’s successful expansion into the Houston market in 2024. “With decades of combined experience and deep roots across Texas, our new leaders bring exceptional expertise in client relations, operations, and commercial growth that will position CCS Facility Services for continued success in the Lone Star State,” said Bill King, Chief Operating Officer of CCS Facility Services. “We’re thrilled to welcome these talented professionals to the CCS family as we build on our strong foundation and expand our footprint across Texas.”
Since establishing its Texas operations, CCS Facility Services has grown rapidly. The company now employs more than 400 industry professionals who support customers across a diverse set of sectors, including healthcare facilities, municipal and government buildings, Class A commercial real estate, industrial manufacturing environments, and educational campuses. The organization currently services millions of square feet throughout the greater Houston region, setting a strong operational foundation from which to expand statewide. With their combined leadership capabilities, Burk, Stewart, and Arcia will play central roles in advancing CCS Facility Services’ market presence across Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and additional key Texas metropolitan areas.
Leadership Profiles and Strategic Focus
Candace Burk, newly appointed Vice President of Business Development, is a respected industry veteran with over 20 years of leadership experience in the building services sector. She has led the successful launch of multiple markets throughout the south-central United States and is well known for her ability to build strong partnerships that translate into long-term client value. Burk’s expertise spans regional market development, operational alignment, and organizational culture-building, making her particularly well suited to drive CCS Facility Services’ market expansion efforts.
“As a proud San Antonian, I’m honored to help lead CCS Facility Services into its next chapter of growth,” Burk shared. “By combining my deep Texas roots with CCS Facility Services’ industry-leading expertise and national reach, we’re poised to accelerate our expansion across the state while delivering exceptional value to our clients. Our success is built on a deep commitment to our clients, our values, and our people, and together we will continue building a Service Heart culture that delivers exceptional service and lasting impact in every community we serve.”
Joining Burk is Brian Stewart, the newly named Vice President of Operations. Stewart has nearly two decades of facilities management experience across both the corporate and service provider sectors. He began his career at Xerox in Las Vegas before moving into leadership roles within a global facilities services firm, where he was responsible for overseeing operations within Houston’s large-scale commercial real estate market. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Off Duty Operations for Protos Security, where he managed a $260 million service portfolio across North America. Stewart’s combination of operational knowledge and commitment to customer service excellence will support CCS Facility Services’ efforts to scale service delivery efficiencies, enhance performance standards, and deepen client trust across Texas.
“Switching commercial cleaning providers should be more than a logo change on the next invoice,” Stewart said. “It should be an elevation in quality, commitment, and expertise. We want to be the janitorial partner of choice that organizations look to for a noticeably enhanced experience.”
Rounding out the leadership team is Janos Arcia, a seasoned 15-year industry leader who has been appointed General Manager for Houston. Arcia’s background spans both security and facility services, where he has led major government and commercial contracts with diverse staffing and operational complexities. In his new role, Arcia will oversee day-to-day operations, talent development, and client service delivery for the region, while continuing to scale CCS Facility Services’ presence and reputation in the Houston market.
“Growing our Houston operations is an incredible honor and one that I take very seriously,” Arcia noted. “I look forward to putting my diverse experiences to work and to elevating CCS Facility Services as a top service provider in Space City.”
Commitment to Community and Workforce Development
Beyond operational success, CCS Facility Services has emphasized community involvement as a cornerstone of its Texas presence. The company has supported local disaster relief efforts, invested in professional development pathways for team members, and engaged in industry education initiatives, such as participation in the ISSA Visión, Empeño, Oportunidad (VEO) program, which Arcia attended as part of his ongoing leadership development.
As CCS Facility Services accelerates its growth, it remains committed to strengthening not only its client partnerships but also its workforce and the communities in which its employees live and work. The organization continues to focus on service quality, employee advancement, and values-based leadership as guiding pillars of its expansion strategy.
With its new leadership appointments, established market momentum, and strong commitment to service excellence, CCS Facility Services is well-positioned to broaden its impact and presence throughout Texas in the years ahead.
