HomeServe Marks 10 Years of Excellence with Annual Contractor Awards

HomeServe North America Celebrates a Decade of Excellence at 10th Annual Contractor Awards

HomeServe North America hosted its landmark 10th Annual Contractor Conference Awards from October 14-15 at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, marking a decade of recognizing the skilled trades industry’s top-performing professionals. The two-day event was more than just an awards ceremony—it was a comprehensive celebration of the contractors who exemplify excellence in delivering high-quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and innovative business practices. The milestone event also provided attendees with workshops, presentations, and networking opportunities aimed at enhancing business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

“This year’s event celebrates ten years of the HomeServe Contractor Awards, which underscores the meaningful partnerships we’ve cultivated with our contractor network,” said Tom Rusin, CEO of HomeServe North America. “Together, we’ve elevated the standards within the home repair services industry, but more importantly, we’ve simplified homeownership for our customers—one repair at a time. This is our opportunity to recognize and thank the skilled professionals who consistently provide high-quality service and demonstrate dedication to customer care.”

The conference featured keynote presentations, interactive workshops, and a tradeshow that brought together a diverse group of exhibitors representing equipment manufacturers, technology providers, and material retailers serving the skilled trades sector. Louie Gravance, former Walt Disney Company customer service training designer, delivered the keynote speech, sharing insights on customer experience, service innovation, and how contractors can continue to improve operational excellence in a highly competitive industry.

Sylvester Criscone, HomeServe’s Senior Vice President of Contractor Management and Administration, emphasized the broader significance of the event. “This isn’t just a conference; it’s a celebration of the individuals who drive the skilled trades industry forward. Over the past ten years, the HomeServe Contractor Awards have grown into a prestigious symbol of service excellence. It’s an honor to recognize these outstanding tradespeople for their dedication and their impact on our shared customers.”
